Your ticket covers a plated lunch, tea, coffee and water. You will also have access to dedicated networking areas where you can connect with speakers, exhibitors and fellow delegates. 

We offer refunds for ticket cancellations made before the event date. Please note that all refunds will be subject to a processing fee. Refunds cannot be issued after the event date has passed.

Yes, refunds are available for cancellations received prior to the day of the event. A processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. We are unable to process any refund requests once the event date has commenced or passed.

Yes. A full programme — complete with session times, speaker details and break schedules — will be published on our website prior to the event.

Complimentary parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis at The Empire for all attendees. However, it’s recommended that you utilise public transport to avoid parking issues.

The Empire is fully wheelchair-accessible. All dietary requirements submitted during registration have been noted and will be catered for. Additionally, we will have qualified medical personnel on-site for any emergencies. Standard health-safety measures will also be in place throughout the venue.
